My mother is well taken care of. When I visit, the caregivers tell me in detail about my mother. They call if there is any change and I have always either spoken with someone or they return my call if I leave a message when checking on my mother.

The cost is 5 star but the quality of care would be a negative star. High staff turnover, always understaffed and many under qualified to work in a nursing home. I have watched staff play on their phone, work on school work, have family bring in grandchildren to play with. Hardly any attention is paid to the residents. Communication is non existent. Good luck trying to reach anyone to check in on your love one.

Very suboptimal standard of care provided by medical group retained by nursing home. Touted attentive care and frequent visits amounted to billing for needless low-quality visits. Poor quality medical care affects quality of nursing care in addressing medical issues. Have not been contacted since providing detailed feedback over a month ago.
