Our family has experienced a complex journey navigating the healthcare system, but Henderson Health and Rehabilitation has consistently demonstrated highly responsive, high-tier clinical care when it matters most. During recent critical medical events—including intricate laboratory monitoring, complex medication adjustments, and advanced wound treatment managed by their specialized wound providers—the nursing and clinical teams acted swiftly and responsively to ensure stabilization and comfort. We appreciate the kindness of the nursing assistant angels that selflessly attend to my brother’s activities of daily living needs providing comfort, safety and dignity. While the daily meal flavors have room for improvement, the facility's dietitian was incredibly professional; she personally returned my call to discuss nutritional logistics and immediately increased my brother's morning protein supplementation to support his tissue healing. Additionally, the Social Services team, particularly Maria, has been communicative and collaborative as we coordinate my brother's long-term care retention and ongoing comfort needs, such as room logistics, document assistance and personal technology integration. We truly appreciate the hard-working frontline staff who remain dedicated to responsive, high-quality care.

I recently visited a family member of a friend at your rehabilitation facility, and I would like to respectfully express my concerns regarding the conditions I observed. I was deeply saddened by the cleanliness of the facility. There was a very strong odor of urine throughout the area, which created an unpleasant and concerning environment. In addition, the resident we visited appeared to be very cold, and it seemed that adequate attention was not being given to their comfort. While we were there, another resident nearby repeatedly asked for water, which was also very concerning. These individuals are among the most vulnerable members of our community, and they deserve to be treated with dignity, compassion, and proper care. Although some members of the staff were very kind and courteous to visitors, I believe the highest priority should be ensuring that the residents receive the attentive care, cleanliness, and comfort they need every day. I sincerely hope these concerns will be taken seriously and that the necessary improvements will be made to provide residents with the safe, clean, and respectful environment they deserve. Thank you for your time and consideration.

My brother stayed at this facility for a short time, and our experience was wonderful from beginning to end. The admission process was smooth, and the staff made us feel welcome right away. Everyone was kind and attentive. The facility was clean and well-maintained. It felt really good knowing he was being well taken care of. We truly appreciate the compassion that was shown by the staff. I definitely recommend this facility. Thank you all at Henderson Health and Rehab!

I had a family member that was a patient at the facility and it was clear that the team works hard to create a safe and comfortable environment where residents are treated with dignity and respect. The communication with families is excellent, and the staff goes above and beyond to make everyone feel valued and cared for. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality care and a supportive, caring community for their loved one.

I recently toured your property looking for a place to bring my Aunt. The facility was very nice and clean, I was blown away with the activities your property has to offer. The day to day activities and outings are things my Aunt loves to do, I Met with the Activities director Cecelia who showed me around the center. She seems very knowledgeable and shows great compassion for elderly..I would say I was sold because of her and her staff, made my aunt very happy and comfortable. Looking forward to the future.
