Pros: The building esthetis and amenities are very nice, it's very clean, MOST of the staff that I've encountered are pleasant and helpful and the units are spacious.<br><br>Cons: This building is Not so affordable IF you are on a fixed income and have limited resources and the rent continuously increases every year.

My Papa Lou lived here for 10+ years. He absolutely loved his apartment. My Dad loved the floor plan because it was accessible and he could easily get around. He would say great things about the staff. He mentioned Charlie who works in the office. He appreciated him and his conversations about football. He spoke highly of John, who I believe is the Head of Maintenance and how he was terrific at what he did to maintain his apartment but also what an amazing heart he had. He enjoyed their conversations. The excellent customer care that they put forth is priceless! My Papa has passed but I will be forever great to College Villas for the excellent home they provided for my papa! Keep up the great work in serving the 55+ community!

For myself it's okay rent is higher now maintenance is great but Seth needs a new job he thinks he's joking with people but it's more like insulting people<br>He's not that nice it's for profit now and rent goes up 150$ each year best avoid this place

Not so happy anymore seems it takes longer to tell me how busy they are then just answer one question and sign the paper. Teach the occupants how to pay their rent on time and free up some time<br>Don't assume we elders can't learn. May of us have held jobs for.years
