Extremely unreliable. For 3 days I have been trying to get a replacement. Don't bother leaving a message they will not reply. If you are lucky enough to get a hold of someone don't believe them. So if you have nothing better to do and sit around the house waiting for them to show up I guess helping hands is the place. Just be prepared to wait for a long time. When they finally decide to get someone it will be on their schedule not yours. You will have to move all your appointments around to suit them. After one year of putting up with them I finally had enough. Good riddance.
