This is The most unprofessional non-reliable company we have ever dealt with. The communication is horrible. The aids never show up for work and they will tell you they’re sending someone else and never do. Very unprofessional and unreliable just terrible. I just feel sorry for all the elderly people out there that don’t have family and they have to rely solely on these people!

This could be a good company if they would have some kind of order..I e been lied to about my cpr cards every since I've been there.Ive ask time after time for my cards and it was they mailed it out They sent it through email It's a 3rd party company that holds them etc.Oh not to mention they said since they paid for them I not able to get them..Wow! I need to speak with whoever owns this place because somebody in that local office is lying. For the pay that they give you and the lonnnng list of stuff you have to do.Its not worth it! Some of the patients will lie on you and curse you out smoking drugs selling drugs right in your face..

Pretty good. They work with me the best they can. They need to drill their staff on good customer service, be given a job description. never say not my job and teach them to look for ways to be helpful. This is not a sitters job. If you don't want to work, don't come here. I advise the company to hire older women without small children. Reliability is a major issue. I'm tired of constant call outs. The office needs to run tabs on call outs and find new people to replace problem staff.
