This facility stole money from my mother. My mom was scheduled to move into this facility but became ill and entered hospice and quickly passed away. They charged her account over $6000 for the month when she couldn't move in despite being notified prior to her move in date that she was in hospice and unconscious and that we needed to cancel her contract. Disgusting.

My grandma has lived in Benton house for only 2 weeks and has made a complete 360 from being at home! She has social interaction from daily activities, nightly bingo that she loves, all residents have been super welcoming of her as well! Staff has been fantastic with her. Benton house staff truly does care and love her like they are her own grandmother. I can not be more grateful enough that my grandma went from falling everyday at home to almost being completely independent again she is truly a whole new person being at Benton house. I can not thank staff and management enough for being so supportive as well!

I walked in today for a tour without an appointment. Everyone was very accommodating and helpful. It was clean and the lunch looked and smelled really good! If I end up moving my dad, I can see him being very happy here.

My mom has been pretty happy at Benton House until the recent management change. She feels the residents are being short-changed in many areas and is very unhappy with the changes. We will be watching closely to see if we need to find another place.
