My family recently needed home care services for a loved one, and Help at Home in Brunswick made a difficult situation so much easier. Everyone we spoke with was friendly, understanding, and willing to help. They truly cared about finding the right solution for our family rather than treating us like just another client.<br><br>The caregivers were compassionate, attentive, and always treated our loved one with kindness and respect. It was a huge relief knowing someone dependable was there to help when we couldn’t be.<br><br>We are very thankful for the care our family received and for the professionalism of the entire team. If you’re looking for home care services for a loved one, I would definitely recommend giving Help at Home a call.

I am pissed off with this service. My grandmother was a client and her help at home aide...LEFT MY 80 YEAR OLD GRANDMOTHER AT WALMART!!!!<br><br>This lady didn't even call or stop by my grandma's apartment to make sure she made it home okay!! I stayed for over an hour just to see if my grandma's aide would show up and NOTHING!<br><br>Then, I called the after hours line and told them what happened and that I wasn't happy. I told them to have someone call me back and no one ever called me!<br><br>The aide told my mom that my grandma called her the "n" word and I just want to state that my grandmother IS NOT RACIST!!! She has NEVER called anyone a racial slur EVER!
