The CNA's and Nurses have kept such a close eye on mom and have worked to see that mom is getting the best care possible. Everyone is friendly and concerned for residents. It's a matter of working together with them. The reason I didn't give it five stars is because whoever owns it needs to let go of some money for better resources such as supplies and food and more staff. So much is required of the staff and when you don't have the right supplies or enough help, it can be disheartening. I pray God bless the wonderful staff.

My mom was in Four Fountains Nursing Home ffor 2 weeks after recovering from RSV to gain her strength back . This place took very good care of my mom and many times eased my anxiety by handling the admission and exit strategy for me with ease . They took care of the Referrals i needed to get her Home Health care for me . i Cannot thank these Wonderful nurses enough

If I could give a grade of -0 or F-, I would. It has taken 7 months to give this review because of the devastation and the process of looking for legal counsel. I have 2 years so still in pursuit. If anyone has a willing attorney, please let me know. (Stay Sept - Dec 2024) My Mother died after only being in this facility for 3 months. I witnessed a nurse scrolling her phone at the nurse station and an aid dancing in the hallway. I asked for a few napkins and was given 2 off a plate from the return tray. I had to restate, a 'clean' napkin. My Mom died with a stage 4 bed soar...could that be from sitting in urine??? I have pictures!!!! When hospice came and evaluated her, said she was soaking in urine. I had to say something about calling hospice. They never mentioned because they didn't care. In the final stages, my Mom no longer had vital signs. I asked what was going on. With no passion at all, this ignorant nurse just yelled at me that she was dead. If I wasn't so upset and just wanted my mother to be at peace, that would have ended differently. Administration is just as bad. I got into it with the so called nursing manager. Him and the DON both saying different things while looking at the same screen regarding medication distribution. They had the nerve to send me a balance bill when social security doesn't pay the month of death. My mother is not the 1st patient to die there, I am sure, so they should know the process. Based on this poor care, social security or family should get a refund for her complete stay. I am only mentioning major issues but there are so many more. Please do not bring your love ones here unless you have someone in place to be there to monitor daily. Everyone that I dealt with should be fired. I have a Masters degree but they thought I was someone off the street. This is inhumane treatment on multiple levels. This complaint will be copied and distributed to multiple locations. Note...whoever left that emoji is probably from the facility which shows how much they care
