I want to give a BIG thank you to the staff at Newton Care Center, 🥰from the CNAs, RNs, PRNs, DON, Admins, Therapy Dept (thanks for getting her strong to come home) Kitchen Staff (both that delivered her meals were too kind❤️), Cleaning, and even the Maintenance man. Let’s not forget their VP Ms. Susie❤️ who was always a delight with a warm smile to get every resident . Mom wants to also let Elizabeth & Kodi know she will miss their chats!❤️ Every single employee treated my mother with great respect and provided phenomenal care. This isn’t her first time here either so we always come back when we need rehab and therapy. We are incredibly blessed to have this facility in our small community to provide excellent care to our loved ones. Thank you all so much! Cassandra Kurpiel Family of Sue

I was looking into this facility for my mother in law. However, I believe we are going to keep her at the place she is at. I believe I may have accidentally hit the one star when scrolling through. I haven't been to this place in a long while. I wouldn't be able to give a fair assessment. So sorry for that. It was an honest mistake.

This facility is a very well-kept. The floors are.always shiny and smells good. The facility is super clean but not with the chemical clean kinda smell. It smells fresh. The staff are extremely careful with the reaidents. They are all attentive, always smiling, truthful to every need or concern that you may have with a loved one. Like in any other facility they may have issues, but ask the staff, they are addressed and everyone knows what their responsibility is. They are truly team players and none express a "its not my department" attitude. They all genuiney care and each try their best to assist in resolving rather than blaming. The residents all are very happy, enjoy the food, and you can simply tell by first hand-knowledge, they all genuinely welcome you to their "home". The reaidents family who frequent there are genuinely happy when they come in to visit their loved ones and are always smiling when they leave. Great job you guys! Keep up the great work! 👍 👍
