Mike and Jeff and Pete in therapy are the most amazing men I have ever met. Trish is wonderful too. They stood by me and never gave up hope, even when I gave up on myself. They have the best nurses. And Cna,s They have Sandra director of nursing who is amazing and an amazing administrator. I couldn't ask for better. Psychiatrist and psychologist are the best Ive ever worked with out of anywhere I've ever went. As far as those that talk bad about Linda Wheeler, you don't know her. Because Linda doesn't just work for money, she loves her patients. Corrinne is the best business office manager and my sister! The social worker is one of the best. We have a wonderful secretary, the activities director Dolores is amazing. Maintenance is on top of stuff. I've never been to a better nursing home, and I've been to a few. I would give this place a chance. I have and it's a five star.

My son is in Hebert’s due to a motorcycle accident and before him going there and seeing 1 star I didn’t want him to go there and was so scared that he would be neglected but that taught me a lesson to not go based on reviews. I will tell you my son has gotten AMAZING care. They were presented with a stage 4 bed soar and in just about 1 1/2 months my son’s soar has gotten extremely better. Yes, they are a little understaffed but that’s because they don’t hire just anyone… they make sure their cna’s and nurses not only can perform their job but they have a caring approach to all their patients. From everyone of the nurses to cna’s to administrators and wound care nurses have all been not only amazing to my son but to myself as well and I can’t be more grateful. Thank you Hebert for allowing me to rest when I need to because I trust you with my son… Sandra Jim Ryan Deb Maria you are all making a world of a difference ❤️

VENDORS BEWARE!! Here's a cautionary tale. Last Halloween (October 31, 2023) I provided musical entertainment for a party at Hebert. All went well; the residents had a good time. No complaints. However, as I write now, nine months, three invoices, and numerous phone calls later (plus a personal visit) I still have not been paid. No explanation has been offered. The staff there admits the debt but shrug their shoulders when it comes to paying. Apparently, their corporate masters can't come across with the whopping $120 they owe. Sad.

My mother’s 90th Birthday was on 7/1/23 and it was important to us as a family that she be celebrated! We got permission to have her party in a dining room at the facility. Her caregiver that day “Miata” was great and sooo helpful!!! She had gotten Mom bathed and dressed with an outfit I had brought previously and discussed. We had a wonderful party and dining room staff were very helpful with table setup and supplying ice! A wonderful time was had by all! Especially my mother!!! Thank you!!!

My mother died in their care November 17th 2022. They lost all her belongs including her bible. They won't return my calls, I get no where with this facility. It makes me wonder the last moments of my mothers life what it was like there for her. I'm just now receiving my mothers ashes. I live in north Carolina if I was there living in Rhode island I'd be there every day caring for my mother. But I left it in the hands of the state and this facility I will regret this for the rest of my life. I'm VERY disappointed in Hebert and the state. Is this how you treat our elderly love ones?? Your supposed to take their belongings after they have passed away and put them in a box and labeled why wasn't this done???? It makes me wonder how my mother was treated and care for. Remember our heavenly father sees all he never sleeps. Apparently you people have no conscience or love for the elderly.
