I appreciate the help they give my sister. However I think little to easy on residents getting drunk, ends in another pt. / resident being harmed.

It's a good place for a short and long-term care. It'd be nice if they had AC in the building. Other than that it's okay

Parking was a little funky but they have an extended parking area. The staff was amazing my friend that is staying. There is very happy with them and very happy with their services.

I don’t even want to give them a 1 star review, but I can’t post if I don’t. My son spent almost 6 months in Harborview fighting to live after fentanyl. I spent months at his bedside. He was released to heartwood while we had a wheelchair ramp built and got his dialysis scheduled. He was only there for 17 days before being found unresponsive in his bed. They didn’t even notify me. I only found out 24 hours later when the medical examiner called me. I’ve been trying to get his personal property for over a month. No one ever returns my calls or messages.
