When my 92 year-old father was being discharged from Northern Nevada Medical Center, my family and I needed to find a rehabilitation facility so my father could gain enough strength to go home. I am so grateful to Keriann and the entire staff at Hearthstone for taking care of my father and working with him to build up his strength. I truly appreciate the physical therapy staff and again want to thank Keriann for her guidance when it was time for my father to leave Hearthstone. She went above and beyond, and I am forever grateful!!

Well, this team is so caring, professional and dynamic that we have three loved ones who call it home! Over the past few years we have had such amazing connections with the loving and personable staff of nurses/administrators/food service/transportation/maintenance and all the team 💖. The medical care and therapy has been so specific and exceptional! ❤️‍🩹 We couldn’t be more pleased!

My husband is the patient and he's gotten good care. Their nurses are well trained and when his condition became serious they knew exactly what to do and I watched them immediately become a team for his best health care. Everyone is friendly and I enjoy the company. Meals are good and we enjoy the activities plus sitting in the patio. Wonderful physical therapy staff plus if I ever have questions they take special care to make sure we have all the information needed for his progress. Thank you

Re-posting my review since my original one had the location removed - Hearthstone take responsibility for your actions! Overall experience = GARBAGE! If you care about your family/loved member, then do not send them to this facility. Take my warning to heart. My father was transferred here from the hospital for Rehab. From the moment he arrived he did not get the care he needed to thrive to come home. He was barely eating and drinking. My mother came EVERY.SINGLE.DAY to feed him and make him drink. I got so concerned about his well being that I talked to two different nurses and left two messages for the doctor to call me. After 5 days of waiting for the doctor to call me, I reached out to the administrator. The doctor called me and I asked her if she got my messages for a call back from the nurses and she said NO. I asked the doctor what happens if my mother is unable to continue to come every day to feed my father and she said the nurses/staff are supposed to help with that. Let me tell you that the nurses/staff wouldn't help my dad to the bathroom to have a bowel movement and told him to just do it where he lay. Why in the hell would I trust they feed him. I reached out to the social worker Ray to call me (who has another bad review I see on here) and he instead writes me an appointment letter for a week out! And when I call him out on it he said he would call me by end of the day and never did. I had to file a complaint due to a Physical Therapist threatening to bar me from the facility to visit my dad because I called him out for being rude to me. He scolded me for entering the building after hours using the entrance the nurses told me to use! And had the nerve to tell me he would bann me from visiting my father for defending myself and speaking back to him! I could go on with more complaints.... The final straw was when my father complained about having chest pain and I talked to the nurse and she said nothing was wrong with his vitals and were keeping an eye on him. I end up driving to the facility at night and calling the ambulance myself from his room. He was admitted in the hospital for chest pain due to COVID! I have no doubt that my father would have DIED if he stayed at this facility! This place is incapable of even providing the most basic of health care needs. I should not have to advocate for basic health care for a family member. No one should. This facility NEEDS.TO.DO.BETTER! Be better, provide better patient care and sincere concern with action not words. Social Workers should meet with family within the first week not three plus weeks out. Staff pretends to care. No, Hearthstone, I don't need to contact Quality Control or another department after you read this review. You know how to contact me.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough wonderful things about this skilled nursing facility. From the moment we walked in, we were met with warmth, professionalism, and genuine compassion. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that every resident is treated with dignity, respect, and kindness. The nursing team is incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, always taking the time to explain care plans and answer any questions. It gave our family real peace of mind knowing our loved one was in such capable hands. The caregivers are patient, gentle, and truly dedicated to their work—it shows in every interaction. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The atmosphere feels comfortable and supportive, not clinical or cold. Activities and therapy programs are thoughtfully organized, helping residents stay engaged, active, and positive. What stands out most is the genuine care and connection the staff builds with residents and families. It feels like a community, not just a facility.
