Everyone was so friendly and helpful. That's rare cause you usually see maybe one or two if not 3 and rest just look at you not say word when you first meet them going into a place and later might be more kinder once you go there more but I say be kind up front that tell person a lot. I really enjoyed my visit if i could give 100 ⭐ I would. Thank you for showing such kindness not to me but others. They was so kind others that came through when I was there. Don't change keep it up. Kindness goes a long way. Also,first impression count. That what I look at going anywhere.
I absolutely love this place. They take very good care of their patients especially my grandma. Since she has been here, she has been thriving. She loves bingo and her devotion time with her friends. All the staff are willing to lend a hand whenever they can.
They were extremely friendly when we first walked through the door. They helped us enter the information we needed to into the machine, and then told us exactly where to go to the nurses station. We found our cousins room with no problem, the friendliness and care he received while we were there Was really good. We were well pleased. They helped us in a very friendly manner to show us what to do to exit.
As always, today's visit with my brother went great. His always in a good mood and never has a negative comment about his home at H of G. Staff are nice and polite, I've never had one to be rude to me or my family. I'm glad my brother has found a home in his hometown as great as this and that is able to meet all of his needs. Thank you H of G.
we were greeted at front entrance quickly and politely . The new sign in process was shown to us very patiently and throughly. Entrance was bright, clean, and odor free.
The staff were accommodating and personable.
Loved the christmas decor on all the client doors .
We enjoyed our visit.
