My sister has been staying there for 6 months. She likes it because they have church, art, singing, parties and bingo. I like it because of the wonderful, caring staff, the awesome therapists, the wound care nurses ( Christie) … Mrs Nancy in the office is a big help… they have phycologists to come in and talk with the residents and since I live 2 1/2 hrs away they give me a call with anything that goes on with her wether it be a fall or change of medicines.

I can't say enough about this facility, so much has improved over the years! My uncle spent time here and was treated like family. the Director is amazing, the dining staff was always pleasant and patient with both visitors and residents. The nursing and staff were professional and helpful many times when we needed them. Bottom line if you’re looking for a spot for a loved one you can't go wrong here. Almost forgot the activities Director and crew awesome, kept unc engaged many days, he loved her schedule.

You can never get no one on the phone. they lied to me several times about my brother. My brother passed away no one there called and say they sorry about the passing of my brother. they didn't even ask me what would I like to do with his clothes or cell phone. thank God the cell phone don't cost that much but I find it hard to to believe no one called me he was on hospice. Compassion hospice called me and let me know that he have pass.I have not received a call from the administrator and the social worker I know at every nursing home the social worker called the family when a Love one passed not this nursing home may God have mercy on their soul. Somebody in that nursing home have a heart

My grandma stayed here for a couple months and had multiple issues with the staff. They never gave her medicine to her on time, left her sitting in her own urine for hours on end, never helped her to properly bathe, and constantly stole her personal belongings. When we finally found a better nursing home to move her to, her family bible went mysteriously ‘missing’. One of the staff members found it in the trash ripped up and saturated in urine. I just pray for all those other poor elderly people still left in their care.
