Cindy and her staff were beyond helpful in providing assistance to my parents. I cannot recommend them highly enough and was always able to contact them immediately with any questions. If you are just beginning to care for elderly relatives you are aware of how challenging it can be to navigate all the issues that arise. Cindy was always willing to providing compassionate advice, support and help with a calming, positive attitude. Heart Matters was indispensable in making certain my parents were well-cared for.

We used Heart matters for my late wife, I now use the Company for myself, all of the caregivers are extremely helpful, always attentive to everything and provide me with the safety I need and give me the confidence to do my daily living. Heart Matters Home Health Care is truly a team of angels led by the most compassionate, caring, and patient person that I know. They took care of my parents for more than six years. My mom had rapidly advancing dementia, and my dad was her tireless caregiver. He was also a 100% disabled veteran. We initially began with their respite care services to give my dad a much-needed break a couple of times a week. As my mom's mental condition and my dad's physical health declined, Heart Matters seamlessly transitioned to providing more days, some nights, and eventually round-the-clock care. Mom and Dad loved them, and Cindy and her team loved them back. After my dad passed away in 2000, the Heart Matters team became my mom’s sole caregivers for three and a half years until she also passed. My brothers and I lived far away and could not have asked for better care for our parents. The team at Heart Matters held my mom's hand as she died, while we were still on airplanes trying to get there. We owe them a debt of gratitude that is impossible to repay. Their dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for our parents' well-being were extraordinary. I wholeheartedly recommend Heart Matters Home Health Care to anyone in need of compassionate and comprehensive home health care services.
