At first the agency seemed great but shortly went downhill..Do not use this agency ..they sent a young woman here who was a felon on parole for aggravated assault..she was verbally aggressive with me and not meant for hc. They do not do background checks or this felon would not have been hired for seniors. Plus I had my handicapped placard in her car for our use and she never returned it...she is 25 and was using it for herself..I told manager of agency...she said the girl didn't have it..total lie...they did NOTHING...I had to go without it until I got another one....good going heart 2 heart
