Stay away!!<br>Firstly, they only cooperate with 1 PT person that covers from Boynton to Deerfield (or more). Good luck finding an appt.<br><br>Secondly, a nurse came to assess the patient and had to do a full body exam. Patient is wheelchair bound. She was able to look at legs, arms, back. Then she pulled her breasts clumsily out of her bra and left them hanging. The only part she was not able to examine was her butt sitting on the wheelchair, which she insisted it was necessary to finish her exam. She had no skills to lift the patient from the chair. She threw her vertically on the bed, pulled down clumsily her briefs, unstuck the stickers holding it, could not pull them up and then could not get her up and dressed and back to lunch room. Did she think it was my responsibility as a family member to change her briefs, pull up her clothes, bra etc and get her to lunch?<br><br>Thirdly, she did not speak a word of English. She had a long questionnaire to fill out and would ask me: 'Is your mom ale? Ale?' ' Is she hyper? Hyper?' She only read the first part of a word or disease and I should guess what she meant.<br><br>'Is she depressed?' There were 4 responses: never, several days, more days, always. I answered some days and she marked 'always' because she didn't understand. And then did not understand that she had to correct it.<br><br>Very bad experience to try and complete the assessment and then the 1 PT person did not have any fitting appointments for any day of the week.
