We did our fingerprint for our BCI we paid them in cash. It’s been a month since we just found out that they did not send our fingerprints to BCI! Poor service! They have not returned our refund until now even though we paid them in cash. I will never recommend this company. Our license had been delayed because of them! It’s 2024, 3 months since our transactions with this shop and they are not returning our money. Wondering where our money went.

Totally irresponsible company and employees. Stopped giving my son his seizure meds. If I hadn't caught this, it could have had very serious consequences (uncontrolled seizures and hospitalization). Don't use this company.
