Worked for this company for a little under 2 years, compared to my experience working with other companies, HDE goes above and beyond in regards to how they treat their employees, and has a very dedicated team of people who are passionate about providing the best care they can. I have been a caregiver for over 5 years. This is a company of compassion and integrity. Not only am I an employee but we also have a DSP for my son. They have sent us workers who fit my son’s needs and interests. I am very happy to be connected to everyone on the team.

I have a son with Autism, who needed supports and help in finding employment. Vocational Rehabilitation highly recommended HDE Home Care, and I met Ryan (Director) of HDE, when he met my son and I at school. Shortly after, David Einhorn stepped up as my son’s Job Coach. Evan bonded with David quickly, and David did a great job exploring a full array of job possibilities! David is creative, has great connections with companies in the area such as Nike, Intel, as well as restaurants, and different area businesses. When Evan was placed, David (HDE) did a great job communicating with myself, the employer, and placing incredible Job Coaches with my son. Evan was unfortunately laid off from his first position, and David quickly stepped back in and within a month, had another incredible position! Evan is employed, and is growing in his new position and loving where he is. HDE stays as long as we need, and I am so happy with not only the Friendships I have formed with HDE, but the peace of mind they have given me for my son’s future. Thank you to all who have been a part of Evan’s journey in to employment and forging Evan forward towards independence!
