There is no care! I was laying in a bed soaked in urine for 2 days, 2 nights. They said they didn't have any incontinence products and no wheelchair in the beginning of stay, no extra blanket. Food was horrible, sugar loaded, margarine. Some staff was nice but others were mean even mad when I asked for water! I just started physical therapy with a great therapist when they told me I had to leave because my insurance was not paying for further treatment. My insurance said this wasn't true. They were never even contacted! Please don't go there and get any loved ones out of there.

The 1 stars are for the staff who are kind but understaffed. The problem is with rehabilitation. My mother spent a month there and came out no better than when she came in. She can't even stand up. This is simply a warehouse for sick people. They now won't return calls. Don't trust them.

I'm really enjoying my stay here, while my broken hip heals up. The staff are all very kind and have been so so helpful in my recovery. I've got to give a shout out to Debbie, who makes me smile every time she has my room in her rounds. The food is pretty good, especially breakfast(I wish I could request it for every meal). I could tell it was going to be a good place to be staying while I heal up, when I saw how happy and high spirited most of the patients were on my first day. All in all it's a really great place. I wish there were more smoke breaks, but it's actually a good thing that there aren't because I'm smoking a whole lot less. A big thanks to everyone here at haven for making my stay so comfortable, and for putting up with me when I've been in a foul mood.

If I could give 0 I would. There's homeless camps everywhere and today 1 of them was actually in the facility. They stopped him on his way out but he shouldn't have been there in the 1st place. It smells disgusting. People are always going in to wrong rooms and disturbing patients. The physical therapy sucks. The pt is always yelling at my mom about her breathing when she's on OXYGEN! The power went on on Saturday night, so her oxygen concentrator stopped. The call lights don't work during a power outage. She tried yelling but without o2 she can't be too loud. The nurse working didn't come check on the patients at all. My mom was without her o2 for 3 hours. She could've died. They told my mom the nurse that night didn't know to come check on the patients. Excuse me? That is just common sense! This place is awful and I want them to transfer her somewhere else. She's just getting worse in this place.
