My Dad went to Haven to recover from a Stroke. He was misdiagnosed with having ringworm after contracting it from within the facility and placed in isolation. Haven Gave my dad little to no rehab from within his small isolated room and he started to decline and Medicare withdrew him. On May 29th 2026 we lost all Appeals and I went to pick him up. I was told he could walk 400 feet in a walker and transition to a wheelchair. Upon arrival I found my dad in a catatonic state sitting slumped over in a wheel chair in his room and later immediately took him to Lake Havasu regional Medical Center, where he was found to have internal bleeding, suffering from Heart failure, and had multiple strokes over a period of time. There were outwardly signs present that should have been caught by staff and immediate medical attention should have been sought sometime during the last two months but was not. My dad passed away eight days after leaving Lake Havens House of Horrors. He was a veteran and I post the flag draped Gurney as a sign of respect to my father and is time in the military, and I held his hand so he would never have to be alone again, as I have extreme remorse for sending him to this house of horrors. If you value your loved one, you would not send them to Haven health rehab. I went there to bring my father home to my mother, and instead he went immediately to the emergency room and later to hospice and then to Heaven all because nobody sought medical attention for him beyond me traveling from California to Arizona to bring him home to Mom. Lake Havasu PD, ADHS, APS are all investigating for neglect.. I won’t stop until this place is permanently closed Thus protecting the vulnerable from being harmed. RIP Dad I love you and I will continue to tell your story and to be your voice since they silenced yours voice.

I was at Haven of Havasu for 2 weeks following femur surgery the people were all very kind and friendly. The therapy people were great very helpful. They all tryed to help you weather it was their job or not. Meals were mostly very good with the exception of a few, deserts were yummy 😋..some elderly residents were given showers late at night then sent to bed with wet heads (hoping this practice has changed). All rooms are shared. I would stay there again if I had to.💕🌷

I recently spent 11 days in Haven House recovering from surgery. The therapy I received was excellent. They have good equipment and the therapy staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. The nursing staff is well trained, efficient, friendly and work as a team to help patients achieve as fast a recovery as possible. The facility is clean, bright and a very pleasant atmosphere with daily activities for all patients who want to participate.

Haven Health in LHC AZ is amazing. First everyone is very friendly and caring. Anytime I ask for something they help me timely. Nobody has been rude. These people really strive to make you feel at home. The facility is clean and they bend over backwards to accommodate everyone's needs. The food is also good. I would absolutely feel comfortable having any of my family stay here. I have complete trust in them. I want to say a big thank you to everyone at Haven. You have definitely made me feel important and needed.
