If you have loved ones here checknon them they iiMy mom was there for 5 days on respite care while i was out of town on work. She was returned with bleeding blister on her back side she did not have before going. She told me how she fell (she is bedridden) her glasses were cracked and she said she hurt her elbow during the fall.

If you care at all about your loved ones do NOT send them here... my mother came back with bruises all over her and was swollen looked like nobody cared for her at all...

My daughter entered rehab in this facility a few weeks back. I believe most rehab or nursing centers struggle with short staff issues and HNC is not the exception. I have to say where they might lack in quantity of employees they absolutely are blessed with QUALITY. It doesn’t matter if it’s the administrator Stacy Smith, Cooks, kitchen personal, transportation gal, office personnel , cleaning or night nursing crews, RNs like Taylor and Linsey and their assistants. PT and OT like JB and Jeff. Just to list a few..….Every single person I came in contact with ( possibly 17 - 20 different individuals) were ABSOLUTELY caring and showed deep respect attentiveness and professionalism towards my daughters needs and mine . This is my BIG THANK YOU. I will recommend HNC to anyone in need of this kind of service. C J Brown….

I recently toured the facility and was impressed with how clean it was. While there I visited with some of the residents and their family members I encountered and they all complimented the nursing staff and therapy staff. Another plus of this facility is that they have private rehab rooms. Loved this facility. Great job Havasu Nursing Center.

My mother spent two weeks on the rehab side. Liked it so much she chose to become a resident. She loved it there and was treated very well. With love, dignity and respect. The facility is clean and professional and the staff is exceptional. Very qualified nursing staff. The atmosphere is warm, friendly and welcoming. She lived her last five years here until her recent passing. She made many friends and loved everyone there. She had been living at home alone and chose to live here. The staff are very loving and compassionate. Very highly recommended. Angels work here.....
