I have been waiting since Feb 2024 to be notified about my Mom's new walker. My doctor faxed the order to them and refaxed it again in June. Still nothing! I called today and got a recording saying they had long waits...so I tried to be patient and held for over 50 mins. then I hung up! Ridiculous!

You have to talk to different departments for o2 needs so UV been on hold 3 times for over 20 min each then I find the will seen bipap supplies to my point box but not nebulizer supplies out of 3 people I spoke to two of them where very rude I will be finding another provider also have not received any supplies for 3 months they don't tell you when your script runs out but still take your order also making sure my insurance company isn't being billed

10 days I've been trying to call, even went by the office. This has to be the worst medical supply I have seen. My oxygen machine keeps going off. Can't breathe without it. I guess my next step is to turn them in to my insurance company. Not happy
