Worst experience ever.... I don't know, how in the world this place operates as a business, they've got the most uneducated people, lack of knowledge and extremely rude, and they are the best when hanging up the phone is needed, I just wanted to get information on the CNA courses, after calling several times and leaving my information because somebody was supposed to call me back, which they never did, at the very last I request to speak with a manager, and well the manager I spoke is the one who actually hang up the phone on me, I don't know how you people trust a place like with your loved ones, can you imagine if they treat people like that for something so basic like trying to get information, I just can't imagine exactly what happens behind those walls with your loved ones, you should be ashamed of yourself for treating people like this over the phone....

I feel at peace knowing my husband is being cared for at Haven Camp Verde. The nursing staff and CNA’s really do care about him, and he feels the compassion around him. I want to especially thank Cindi and Kelle, charge nurses; Andreina, Kaylee, Eva and David, CNA’s/CMA; and Tammi and Candi, floor nurses. In fact, all the staff and administration are helpful.

Joann Underwood told me about the assisted living section at Haven in Camp Verde for my mother. She has been so helpful with the information I needed to get my mom situated now that she is unable to care for herself. The staff is friendly and approachable. Even the few residents I saw appeared happy and chatty. When you walk in it's clean and feels cozy. The rooms are a decent size and tidy. And Raquel is so helpful in getting the paperwork process going. Thank you Joann for telling me about assisted living for my mom.

Haven of Camp Verde Assisted Living is a warm and welcoming facility that is genuinely concerned about the happiness, safety, and well-being of their family of residents. It is obvious to me that under the ALF Program Director Lucia Spence's caring, highly competent, dedicated and experienced leadership, her team has good direction and replicates her qualities in caregiving to the residents. Caregiver Kelly Durkit has given extra care, kindness and attention to my mother since my mom first arrived over a year ago. I am very grateful for the friendly attitude and culture of this assisted living facility. Thank you!

I would like to write and tell you how wonderful and caring Kelley Durkit was to my elderly mother. My mom was recently discharged from the hospital and needed a caregiver. Kelley was truly a godsend to our family. We had total faith in her abilities to care for my mother’s essential needs and provided them with professionalism, care, respect, and foresight.Kelley was trustworthy and communicated ant concerns or needs.
