I discovered Caring Hearts when I needed help caring for my dad. I first worked with Gloria who was essential in helping me set up services. I had several personal scheduling issues and Ms. Gloria was professional, accommodating and very understanding each time. In addition, my dad can be a handful. I had conversations at length with Ms. Theresa recently, regarding his updated needs. She was able to assign an outstanding caregiver to my dad, who communicates clearly with my dad in a way that he responds positively. The peace of mind I get from the folks here is invaluable.

Caring Hearts of Sedona is just that—a caregiving agency with a caring heart. My mother suffers from dementia and a debilitating heart condition. Caring Hearts of Sedona found caregivers that understand her conditions and are more than capable of taking care of my mother’s physical, emotional, mental, and social needs. They make sure she is always clean and well fed! They play games with her and encourage her to converse about her past or current events which in-turn keeps her mind sharp and her heart full of grace. I feel so lucky to have Caring Hearts of Sedona help me care for my mom.
