The facility was very clean, thank you Bree! The nurses and nursing staff was exceptional. Special thanks to Ginger, Carissa, the blonde cutie, Stephanie and all who played a part in taking care of me. I wish you all the best! Lastly, thank you to Johnathan and Erin the physical therapist's who took the time to understand my severe injury and provided therapy accordingly. I don't have any positive comments regarding the male therapist with the first name beginning with a "K". My experience with this person was very unsettling, he didn't know or ask about my injury. He abruptly started the session with pushing me way to hard and fast for me to benefit at all. My hip was shattered and I flew by helicopter to a hospital. I'm also a Type 1 diabetic for 47 years. I'm giving 4 stars for one reason and his name begins with a K

Thank you everyone at Haven Health Cottonwood for all the kindness and care for my Mom in 2026! 2xs this year she has needed a safe space to recover. She enjoys the staff and other residents. The smaller size of the facility is great for her health issues.

The staff is great. This has been a great place for my mom’s rehab after fracturing three ribs in a fall. Dietary needs are met. Staff is friendly, considerate, and professional. They are so busy taking care of the patients and residents, but have a smile and hello and encouraging words for your progress.
