I’d like to recognize my CNA, Dulce. She’s very capable helping me transfer from bed to chair as well as using the Hoyer lift. Over the past two weeks we have developed a good working relationship. I’m incontinent bowel and bladder, and I have been well cared for. Dulce always explains what she is doing, and if she can’t help right away, she lets me know and comes back. She always gets me ready and where I need be so that I’m on time for appointments. She is reliable and caring. I feel well cared for.

I had the privilege of having Clarissa Hernanes as my CNA instructor, and I can confidently say she is one of the most dedicated, compassionate, and skilled professionals I have ever learned from. From the very beginning, she set a standard of excellence that went far beyond just teaching us the basics. She truly cares about her students and, more importantly, about the patients we will one day serve. What makes her stand out the most is her genuine compassion. She doesn’t just teach us how to complete tasks — she shows us how to treat patients with dignity, respect, and empathy. Watching the way she cares for patients is inspiring. She treats every individual as if they were family, and that mindset has had a lasting impact on how I approach caregiving. She is also an incredible teacher. She explains things clearly, is always patient when we have questions, and makes sure no one gets left behind. Even when something is difficult, she takes the time to break it down until it makes sense. You can tell she truly wants her students to succeed, not just pass. Beyond her knowledge and teaching ability, her passion is what really sets her apart. She loves what she does, and it shows every single day. That passion motivates her students to work harder and take pride in becoming CNAs. She doesn’t just prepare us for exams — she prepares us for real-life situations and teaches us how to be confident, responsible caregivers. I am extremely grateful to have learned from her. She has made a huge difference in my education and in the kind of CNA I want to become. If you have the opportunity to learn from Clarissa Hernanes, take it — she is truly one of the best.

I had the chance to learn from such an amazing CNA instructor, Clarissa Hernandez, and I’m honestly so grateful for her. She didn’t just teach me how to do the job at a retirement home, she really helped me understand how to care for people the right way—with patience, respect, and kindness. During clinicals, she made everything feel less stressful and way more comfortable. I never felt scared to ask questions, and she always took the time to explain things until I understood. She really wants her students to succeed, and you can tell she cares so much. Clarissa is seriously one of the sweetest and most genuine people I’ve ever met. The way she treats both her students and residents says everything about who she is. She made such a big impact on me, and I’ll always appreciate everything she taught me. She didn’t just teach me skills—she helped me become a better caregiver overall.

The best rehab in this area! The staff were so nice all the time and made it a pleasure to stay there. Tennell White was especially helpful and such a great attitude about helping. Love that girl! She's the best! There are so many others too. Thank you Haven Health!

i went there for 5 days for clinical classes and i have to say that they’re nursing staff is truly amazing. the head CNA Juan has been extremely helpful and supportive to our class as well as the fellow CNAs. they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful to us who are there to learn
