I was placed here by the Veterans Administration for the remainder of my antibiotics treatment.<br><br>I found that Haven Healthcare has a lot to offer.<br><br>In addition I found the staff, friendly, knowledgeable and supportive.<br><br>Very good experience for me.

THIS IS NOT SCAM – THIS IS NOT A MISTAKE FEEDBACK – AND I’M HUMAN!<br><br>I need to be very clear — your receptionist CATHY was unbelievably rude and unhelpful. Instead of listening and assisting me, she acted careless, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.<br><br>A receptionist is supposed to represent your company, yet the way CATHY handled the call showed ZERO respect or basic courtesy. Ask your receptionist if she even understands what basic phone professionalism means — because clearly, she doesn’t.<br><br>If this is the kind of behavior you allow at your front desk, then don’t be surprised if people think your whole company operates in the same sloppy and disrespectful way. Honestly, if CATHY can’t even do the simple basics — greet properly, listen, and pass a message — then maybe she’s in the wrong job.
