I used to work woth harvest. I left because of favoritism from Sharon Fuller. The clients are wonderful thats why I stayed for 3 years. But this last year I brought attention to things that were not okay with treating seniors. I consider it elder abuse. Instead I was bullied and criticized by them specifically Sharon Fuller. She never liked me she always had a some sort of problem with me. She seems to control the other merrybwth odjega and Cindy Schmidt. It was my birthday they had never sent a shout out to me. I worked there 3 years. On slack the app they use They sent out shout outs to the ones they liked. If they didn't like you you never got one... I was hurt so I let them know that you shouldn't do the bday shootouts if you can't do it for everyone. They said when you were hired you didn't put your birthday in. Well I know I did or else how could I have been hired to begin with? Sharon Fuller threaten to fire me multiple times. The first time she used my number to contact me after a client died while Le I was there. and she said if I ever cried to a client dying like that again I'll fire you. my official boss merrybeth contacted me she was willing to be a real person and she cares more than anyone I ever met. She was actually trying to help but Sharon Fuller just caused more problems for me because she didn't like me. I got hurt at work and the only who cared was merrybeth. Sharon Fuller called me while I was recovering from an injury and threatened me to never say anything about the elder abuse that was going on at the springs. She Sharon Fuller caused more issues than needed. So if you work here. Good luck with Sharon Fuller as a supervisor if you are not on her good side she'll push you to leave. And Sharon Fuller claimed they were wanting a meeting to apologize for the misconduct I was in a boot 1 week outta surgery she expected me to climb upstairs with no elevator which I couldn't do when they wanted. Weadr an online video appointment with zoom, which they missed while I waited for over an hour. Also using the fact the company can't afford to keep going much longer and hurting the employees you have yet willing to work different jobs not with harvest. Yet they continue to take on clients when we didnt have the staff. I remember at once I was considered a high rising harvest worker but the minute I stood up for my client I was accused of things I never did. They have monthly gatherings I never went because I never felt accepted.the one and only time I went I remember feeling like I wasn't good enough because they never wanted me there yet hold against me when I didnt go. Im sorry I dont wanna get drunk with my coworkers when I have to drive home, not to mention they encouraged us to bring clients with dementia to a bar while we got drunk. Not a company or people you should ever make the mistake like myself to work for. I needed my w2 after they fired me from not being able to walk upstairs with my broken foot. I emailed merrybeth and had no idea the company was closed. Which makes sense because they supported dementia elderly abuse. They also support their employees suffering PTSD from a client dying. When I called Sharon and Cindy they told me to get over it it happens and told me I wasn't allowed to go to funeral. When Sharon fired me she said you need to learn to deal with death cuz you can't help people if you cry every time someone dies. She was never a good employee ah just wanted to make you feel worthless. Which she did every time she talked to ones she didn't like. Sorry I'm not a robot.
