My mom was a patient there for a couple weeks. She said it felt dangerous, like the nursing staff didn't care about the patients. She'd be ignored frequently, one time someone needed to use an inhaler and they asked my mom if she would let them use hers and the nurse would give her an extra dose of her pain meds, pretty sketchy if you ask me. Someone also dropped her tablet and broke the screen and nobody "knows how it happened". That place gave off bad vibes immediately.

This is my dad's second placement at HHRC.. we were pleased the first stay and equally as much this time. The facility is clean and the staff is super helpful and concerned about my dad. We visit daily and have not been discouraged or disappointed.
