Clean and quaint but extremely hot there is not adequate air conditioning of any kind even the nurses, CNA and other staff complain about how hot it is inside. On Wednesday a nurse said "we are going to die this summer".

This is the absolute worst physical therapy place I have ever had to use. My mom was sent there after a short hospital stay. Within 30 days she was almost dead. They are rude, patients are scared of them, and left mom sitting on a toilet alone. Please..I beg you..never take a lived one here. I'm trying to post pictures so that you can see for yourself.

My sister has been a long term resident and has many health conditions including diabetes. She just had her arm amputated due to infection. I realize people with diabetes have increased risk for this but I am shocked. I'm not sure how it reached such a dire state. I'll be watching her care which should include counseling over suffering such a profound loss. Hopefully her care will be professional and compassionate.

As we all rush through this holiday season, I must take a moment to give a very special Thank you and to recognize an organization who provided such good care for my mother, Betty. It’s true when they say it takes a village, and Harmony Point was just that!! Before contacting Harmony Pointe, My Mother was at a different facility and honestly, I was losing faith that My Mother wouldn’t return home. All it took was one phone call to the Director-Manager, Eddie, and my mother was transferred, and given another chance to gain back the little mobility and freedom that she had and wanted in her own home. The planning and execution by Fran, and the Rehabilitation staff did just that and gave her back mobility. Also, during her stay, she had the best medical nurses and CNAs that provided the utmost care and ensured that her mental and physical wellbeing was 100% during her stay. Mom loved when the “girls” would come in. The dining area was also a good experience for her. They took the time to take her to the dining area so that she could socialize. So many get left in their room day to day, but not at Harmony Point. Their patient care is top notch. They plan activities, entertainment and treat their patients like family. Finally, the Administrative staff. From the staff who greets you at the front desk, to June who insured my Mother was getting the very best care, and to you my friend Eddie, honestly, she’s home because your ENTIRE team made it happen. I thank you for giving me the gift of more time with My Mother and to anyone out there that has a parent or child in need of rehabilitation or other care services, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO…HANDS DOWN!!! I know if we need services again, it brings me comfort to know we already have extended family with Harmony Point!! We are forever grateful to have had the opportunity to find out what an impeccable staff you are. Merry Christmas Harmony Pointe Staff!!

My mom has been here for 5 years and considering the circumstances, I think this place is pretty good. This industry is known for low funding and high employee turnover but they do the best with what they have. The staff here is caring and communicative. They always alert me immediately if anything is wrong or if they need permission to treat her. When I’m alone with my mom, I ask her how she’s being treated here and she always reports that they treat her great. They do their best to keep her in good physical and mental health and in 5 years of being bed ridden, she has not had any health issues arise from neglect. My only complaint would be that personal items are not monitored or tracked and tend to go missing without accountability. Considering that my mom didn’t have any other options, I feel lucky that she ended up here. Give your staff a raise!
