A friend left multiple messages over several days, inquiring about care. Could not reach a ‘real’ person and no return call. Very disappointing.

Harmony Hills has a nice homey, cozy feel that my Mom likes and is comfortable with. The staff is kind and compassionate, they anticipate her needs. I would recommend.

This place is terrible, they act nice while you are around and when you leave they neglect your loved one. My mom declined rapidly when she went to this place. They over medicated her and she would be knocked out the majority of the time, they even tried many times to put her on hospice care. She was evaluated at her new place and doesn't qualify for hospice. They also stole a lot of my mom's personal things. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Now that she is gone to another facility, she has improved tremendously and is no longer drugged up constantly and left to lay. She is up, alert, talking and back to the way she was before she went into this place. Keep your loved one away from this place!
