Our experience was awful. We were promised they would take good care of my father in law. We placed him in the facility on a Wednesday. We came back on Thursday he was in the same clothes and his pull up is soaked with urine. He is 98 years old and not capable of handling a routine of dressing himself. We were very up front with the admissions person about his requirements. We were told no problem he would be taken care of. I changed his clothes that Thursday and came back on Friday still in the same clothes that I put him in. His urine container that he used at night was usually sitting on his bed time table 1/3 full. I had to empty it on many of the days. We did talk with the director of nursing and the admissions lady that the poor care would change. His laundry was supposed to be done weekly. We just removed him from this facility with a laundry basket of dirty clothes. His clothing was never washed. I will be contacting the Texas State boarding of nursing homes. This type of care is total unacceptable. My father in law is a human being. Not an animal. Promises Promises! No delivery. I would never recommend this facility to anyone.
