Our experience was awful. We were promised they would take good care of my father in law. We placed him in the facility on a Wednesday. We came back on Thursday he was in the same clothes and his pull up is soaked with urine. He is 98 years old and not capable of handling a routine of dressing himself. We were very up front with the admissions person about his requirements. We were told no problem he would be taken care of. I changed his clothes that Thursday and came back on Friday still in the same clothes that I put him in. His urine container that he used at night was usually sitting on his bed time table 1/3 full. I had to empty it on many of the days. We did talk with the director of nursing and the admissions lady that the poor care would change. His laundry was supposed to be done weekly. We just removed him from this facility with a laundry basket of dirty clothes. His clothing was never washed. I will be contacting the Texas State boarding of nursing homes. This type of care is total unacceptable. My father in law is a human being. Not an animal. Promises Promises! No delivery. I would never recommend this facility to anyone.

Love the place it’s newer than other places I been at. Took care of my dad for three weeks. My dad loved the food 🍱 he ate everything there, we struggled at home to feed him but he ate every bite at this nursing home, except for some foods he didn’t like seafood. My dad wasn’t into fish lol. But they gave him alternatives. They were amazing staff, from cooks to kitchen staff to nursing and administrators.

I don't know about the anonymous person here who is posting kitchens pictures and about some roaches in kitchen lol I work in the restaurant industry. You must not eat out. I have worked on commercial kitchen equipment for last 30 years in many many chain restaurants Anyone who eats out anywhere are eating from kitchens 30 times worse than these . Your pictures in comparison to what I have seen in restaurant, that you probably eat at, well let's say, these pics are freaking great. I am thinking of placing my mother here. Ni e people.

The staff here are incredibly kind and attentive. They really care about the residents and make them feel at home. They have an experienced care team and I'm so grateful for the peace of mind knowing that my family member is well-cared for. Also the facility is clean, Thank you!!!

From the start when you walk in this facility the front receptionists Diane and Denise are so sweet. They always greet everyone with a smile on their face. I have noticed that they are very kind to the residents and to the families that visit the residents. I hope they are there to stay because they brighten up the place. My mother has been there for over two years and she is well taken care of. All the nurses are nice and are very attentive as well. Sierra, Donna, Victoria, Amber, Hilary, Chastity and many others are so good to my mother.
