I had nothing but problems with this place. They sent a cna who was in her 70's to care for my paralyzed parent. They gave me another cna. But they would call out alot with no one to cover. They called out a half hr before I had to work and almost cost me my job.Then they would send someone else and didn't call to let me know so I could meet who was coming into my home and taking care of my loved one. The office staff was rude. My husband called to complain and Candice would hang up on him. We asked to speak with the owner Kathleen and they would say she's unavailable. I finally had it and went there to terminate their services. I asked to have Kathleen call me to discuss this incident and they said they would. Next day , no call. So I emailed her and she didn't care to call me. Just email back saying she's sorry it didn't work out. This company is very unprofessional and the owner apparently doesn't care how her staff treats clients. I would not recommend this company. Do your research.

I had t give them 1 star t put a review otherwise myself family would give them a - 10 stars if u love your family u will not have them in your home the staff was rude and hanging up on me not giving me the chance t explain my issues i had with there cna not only were they calling out every other wk and wife had t call out due t that and lost her job due t this wen intake was done. Candice told us that she would fill in if they was a xall out that never happened not once wen i xall the office they refused t lat us talk t Kathleen the owner and hung up on me said i was repeating myself whish was not doing. Also said i was repeating myself which is untrue never matter what it was u dont hang up on a customer she is a very mean person. So trust me if u love your family u will not have this co in your house they stars speak for them self. They sending ppl t our house that we didnt even know and never told us about it call us half be shift t call out xall me if u need further info there us alot more u r better off keeping your love ine in a nursing home then t have them rake xare of your loved one staff is horndess bad. I have not it must be true wen they cna cant stand the office ppl we took love one out of nursing hone so this would not hapoen but they r worse then nursing home pls Kathleen if u c this plz call us cuz your staff refused t let is talk t u u say u gave done this bussiness on behalf of your loved one u wouldn't like if it was done t u ok plz contact us thanks hing t lie about nothing t gain form it.
