Update: The same generated message everyone receives was sent to my comment as well. The issue will not be fixed. It's just a sad attempt to make it seem like they care. Riddle me this?? Why the same type of reviews?? Id say there is something to it and instead of worrying about damage control here you maybe focus on employee retension so you don't need agency to cover the lapse in employees. 6.1.2026. My loved one was recently in this facility. I on multiple occasions watched them STARVE my loved one. I was told by a STAFF member to watch my loved one because there was so much agency, residents were NOT GETTING GOOD CARE. The NEGLECT led to DEHYDRATION and STARVATION which led to a hospital stay. Then once returned within a 24hr period my loved one had unexplainable BRUISING all over there ribs leading too severe abdominal pain WHICH LED TO ANOTHER HOSPITAL STAY AND THEM NEVER GOING BACK. Also my loved one told me they were NOT GIVEN MEDS 2 shifts in a row. When I said something the nurse showed me in the system the med from that morning was marked off at 8am that my loved one was out of the building MLOA, when in fact they didn't leave MLOA until 945am. We are talking heart medication not given multiple shifts in a row. Fluids barely given. If my loved one was asleep they didn't offer to wake them to eat, they just took the tray back untouched. WE SUPPLIED all body care which the FACILITY KEPT. WE SUPPLIED FOOD, which THEY TOOK while my loved one was inpatient in the hospital. I even had to stop a resident from strolling out the front door because the nurses were so busy with meds and no one saw this woman going for the door. Families calling for updates and they just let the CALLS GO UNANSWERED. Other nurses stations over head paging for them to pick up and they just don't. Absolutely insane!! I never bothered calling. I just showed up! This is what WILL happen to your loved one of they are not fully alert and oriented! IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LOVED ONE AT ALL DONT SEND THEM HERE. WRITTEN 6.1.2026

These people did not follow my dad’s DNR causing me to forever never know if he died in pain. DO NOT bring your loved one here! They also lost his laundry the night before he died. I did file an attorney general complaint and won the complaint and they were audited and fined in 2022. I have no issue sharing the complaint and outcome paperwork with people if anyone wants to take a look before considering this place. Please, for the love of god, DO NOT send your loved one here!!!!

While I was there i witnessed an RN male dispensing medicine on his cart. Had his laptop open and his cellphone was placed near the corner of the laptop. He was watching a soccer game and dispensing medication into cups for patients. How in the world does this happen. My mom was at this place for rehab. The place was dirty. Bathroom never got cleaned. She was incontinent and needed help with bathroom. She push the nurse button and no one ever came. They kept my mom in the room with a roommate who tested positive for pneumonia. The lady was severely coughing all night long. I took mom out of this place on Friday. The following Monday ended up at tobey hospital diagnosed with septic pneumonia, Rsv virus and fever of 104.6. We almost lost her. Horrible place for your loved one. Words cannot express what a horrible experience we had there.

UPDATE: per the owner they take having a negative reviews seriously and they would like me to contact them, however, if they took this seriously there would not be multiple reviews where people have had the same issue and it is not resolved. Please, save your loved ones and do not send them here. My grandmother may still be here if it wasnt for them and their neglect!! If I could give zero stars I would. I am so disappointed in the care my grandmother received here. First off, I walked in to visit and heard an employee at the nurses station saying how she doesnt care what the patients want..they are there to get better and its not hospitality. Second, when bathing her she would complain her water was too cold and it would be changed to too hot. She was forced to sit where she didnt want to be, even after voicing her opinion, and they never really cared to check on her. I would ask how she was knowing she wasnt seeming herself and they said she was fine when she wasnt. Anytime I went to visit the only thing she had to drink were the drinks provided by the family. There was never a cup of water for her there so when she ran out of what was brought to her by family, she had nothing. You could tell they were short staffed, but even still the treatment was far from professional, and you could see the lack of care. If she had to go to the bathroom, she waited at least 30 minutes for someone to assist her to get there. I also witnessed someones alarm going off for a long time with no one going to check on that patient until we pointed it out because the alarm was annoying and it had been going off for quite some time. She came in with a UTI and left extremely sick with COVID and the flu. Terrible place
