We found ourselves in urgent need of 24/7 care for our mom, and from the very first phone call, Jeff understood the situation and responded with compassion and urgency. He spent more than an hour with us, patiently helping us navigate an already overwhelming and emotional time. His kindness and willingness to help stood out immediately and were unlike anything we experienced with the other agencies we contacted. Jeff was able to arrange two weeks of around-the-clock aides over the weekend, making it possible for us to bring our mom home that Monday. The entire process was clear, seamless, and far less stressful than we expected, especially since we had been hearing about nightmare experiences. Every aide arrived on time, was professional, compassionate, and treated our mom with genuine care and dignity. During one of the most difficult times our family has faced, Jeff's kindness, flexibility, and support made an immeasurable difference. We are deeply grateful for the care he and his team provided and would not hesitate to recommend them to other families facing a similar situation.

We know the new owner and director of Happier At Home, Jeff and Emily, from back when they ran the senior apartment community where my Mom happily lives. We were so excited to hear that they had taken over Happier at Home, because we know how much integrity, warmth, and care they bring to everything they do. My mom felt really unsure about trying out a new aide in her life – – until they sent Joanna her way! Mom cannot stop raving every week about how kind, capable, fun, caring, and cheerful Joanna is every single time she comes to visit. Mom is in the end stages of congestive heart failure and tires so easily these days. It is a great relief to me to have Joanna show up every week, like an extra younger sister, one with boundless energy – – leaning in to see how she can bring Mom comfort each time. I sleep better at night now, knowing that Happier At Home is at the helm as my Mom‘s care needs increase.

Happier at Home has helped my Grandma both times she was in need. The first time I worked with Happier at Home, She went to rehab for a fall and upon discharge needed companionship, meal prep and housekeeping. Happier at Home was easy to contact and work with setting up exactly what I was looking for. The companions were so compassionate and really built a relationship with my Grandma. The second time I used Happier at Home was when I had to move my Grandma to a new apartment, Jeff- The owner took the call, and set up someone to help my grandma pack and then worked with me on a moving date. The Happier at Home team showed up on moving day, and made the move/ transition to her new home easy! Thanks again Jeff and team

We had a great experience with Happier at Home East. I was concerned about scheduling this as it isn't typical to just request aide service for a single event, but Jeff was super helpful, listened to our needs and found the perfect person to assist. We were very happy with the aide, Joanna, that helped my Dad during my daughter's wedding. She was prompt and attentive at all times.
