Caring staff. Did not take more than 19 min. to come to room when called. Good quality and variety could be better pt. Clean and well-groomed and not still in nightgown.

Terrible place. Old. Dated. My loved one is isolated, neglected, isn't gotten out of bed, has bedsores, and even had his own stalker. Residents are allowed to roam at will entering others rooms and take things. The food is terrible and call buttons aren't answered. Any attempt of family to complain or question is met with an angry, rude nurses screaming at you to intimidate you into silence. There is no care here It's a warehouse. Report this place. I am. Shut it down and do Hanover a favor.

The staff are always helpful and caring about the residents. I have visited there many times and help host BINGO once a month and I have never smelled urine. That’s a credit to the staff. I would like to see however, some upgrades to the recreation rooms- something cheerier
