I called Hand and Hand on Wednesday to arrange transportation for a medical procedure. The woman on the phone said she would email necessary paperwork later that day. Two days passed and I received no paperwork. I called back and spoke to the same woman. She was rude and unprofessional. She acted like I was inconveniencing her. She said the paperwork would be emailed later in the day and hung up. It comes as no surprise she never emailed the paperwork. I had previously used this company in 2023 and it’s extremely disappointing how poorly run they have become.

What a wonderful company! We used Hand In Hand Home Care Solutions when my mom's needed some in-home assistance. From the moment they came to do the intake, they were incredible. The intake RN nurse spent time listening to my mom, telling us about their services and even providing tips on how we could personally manage my mom's care. Then staff worked to match companions to my mom's interests who not only provided care, but took the time to sit and engage my mom in conversation. I appreciate this compassion.

Please do not trust your love ones to this company i do not recommend it to anyone. My mother passed away because of their neglect they were told that maria.the caregiver Was not changing my mom and that Maria was not feeding her .and that mom was loosing weight because maria was not feeding her . do to the fact that maria was not changing her a big hole was produced in the side of her hip it was so deep Because maria was not changing her I have a video of the caregiver cutting the Pampers and throwing them in the garbage dry. In order for her not to change my mom the hole in her side got infected I immediately called hand--hand and ask them to talk to maria when i saw the proof on the video I asked hand and hand to come to our home to talk to them about why they kept on sending maria back after we informed them about her breaking the Pampers and not feeding her we show them the video they did not care i asked if MARIA still worked for them they said yes. I said to the owner of handandhand after I informed you many times that mom wasn't being changed or being fed This company does not care about the elderly I just don't want this to happen to anyone .my mom Spent a lot of time in the hospital due to this neglect And she passed away Because of the infection The hole was so deep that you could put a swab inside The hole that's how deep mom Suffered a lot over something that could have been Avoid it. they never called to say they were sorry this company doesn't not care about there patients please please don't trust them with your love ones 😢my mom passed away due to Negligence of this company

We were in need of additional assistance for my mothers care and hired Maria through Hand and Hand. She was very compassionate and caring with my mom. Also happy with their competitive prices. Would definitely recommend this company if you are in need of these services.

Hand in Hand says it all! Professional, efficient, caring. Gina sat at the hospital with my husband while I was in surgery & recovery. She treated him with kindness & respect & honored his dignity. That was in Jan 2018; it is April & he still speaks of her with high regard & fondness. Totally trustworthy. As if that weren't enough, their rates are very reasonable. Give them a try. You won't be sorry. You'll thank me later! ☺
