This is a lovely old building and apartments have great light. Laundry is only one washer/dryer for 5 units in old basement area. Stairway and basement area need a cleaning. New windows are a plus. Decent management company, but rent has been raised a lot for next year. May have out priced the units considering newer apartments with more amenities are a similar price.
