When my mother was transferred from the hospital to this rehab, I didn’t know what to expect. Over, the pass few days the staff has been helpful, kind and answered all my questions. It’s not easy walking out and leaving a love one alone in a new place. Each day when I returned I can see she that she has been well cared for. I pray all goes well with her rehab and time there, because life isn’t easy for a person with memory issues. I also know taking care of people in need is not easy. I hope she and the staff continue to be safe, happy and have many good days together.

As soon as we entered the facility, we felt that this was the right place for our Mom.First and foremost it didnt have that distinct unpleasant smell. It was sparkly clean and mmaculate. The quality of care and treatment from the Physical therapist, Occupatioal therapist and Speech therapist was outstanding. They were ,patient and professional. It truly made a difference in her recovery and improved her quality of life. All the CNA's were amazing, very caring , patient, communicative, and attentive to her needs . They treated her like family. The Nurses on the floor were always attentive , patient , skilled and constantly kept us informed about her progress and care. The maintenance team and engineers were always around and checked in if we needed anything , what a great team! All I can say is thank you Hamilton ParK in Bay Ridge for getting her through this challenging time.

My father James is a patient at Hamilton Park rehabilitation for one month. Our family and my Dad are very happy and satisfied with the center. Concierge Denise is helpful, positive, pleasant and professional. The nurses and aids are kind, caring and attentive to my father’s needs. PT has been kind and encouraging during Dad’s sessions. Johnathan of recreation is optimistic kind and enthusiastic. The maintenance man John always has a smile and a kind word for Dad. The kitchen staff has been so accommodating with substitute requests and thanks to the speech therapist and dietitian for their assistance. Lastly thanks to beautician Betty for Dad’s haircuts and shaves
