My friends dad is there and they are denying all access to him. Refusing to let him be discharged to go home with her, his daughter and haven’t provided a single document for anything. Several civil rights violations, safety concerns, well-being, false imprisonment, fraud, several results from inspections and investigations all resulted with severe cognitive impairments from over medicating and using sedatives, not creating a safe environment, not enough staff below average actually. My friends now in school getting her BS in Criminal Justice because of this situation. You all should really consider the family members of those elderly folk y’all give no care about because not all of them are going to allow the disrespect or the risks to their loved ones. Her dad is all she has, she is all he knows. She is the wrong person to mess with because she won’t stop until wrongs are righted…. And this is HER FATHER…… This place, “administrator” the “nurse in charge” is truly sickening and needs to be shut down. It would be nice to not be left on the phone until it rings, goes to vm, and hangs up on me every time I call to speak to him. I am not his kid or any relation and still can’t talk to him. You think this is ok? You think this is going to go away?…… I’d give her dad……. Lastly, why are most of your reviews by employees?

The staff are first rate. Meals are delicious and nutritional. I especially want to thank the physical therapy department for all of the hard work and encouragement to make me more independent. You will not be sorry if you choose Hallettsville rehab for therapy or as your home.

The worst ever. They left my Dad in a wet brief for hours. Would take 40 minutes to hour to answer call button.
