I am so grateful to Halcyon for the care they gave my father-in-law during the last month of his life. Keith was able to assess Carl (my father-in-law) quickly which was critical since Carl's other rehab facility wasn't the right fit. We felt like we had no options, but Keith helped us find one. The staff in the memory care unit was exceptional. Friendly, empathetic, and attentive. They always stopped to take our questions despite how busy they were. They would tell us that everyone liked Carl and would go out of their way to secure him a lunch or dinner he would eat if he didn't like what was on the menu. These health care workers have such a hard job. I don't know how they do it but thank God they do. When Carl passed, they were kind and sympathetic. Thank you to Keith, Justin, Paige, the RNs, aides, med techs---everyone. John the maintenance man; the chef, whom we met the first day --I'm sorry I can't remember your name. You all made a very tough time a little easier.
