Worst place I have ever lived. Very shady practices by the office staff. There is a section of the lease that states that if the property manager determines, without any proof that you or your guests have committed criminal activity in your apartment you can be evicted even if there are no convictions or arrests for said "crime". There is a huge racism and bigotry problem in this building. If the property manager wants you out at his pleasure, he can use the "criminal activity" clause to do so. I was made homeless do to this as well as other trumped-up charges by the office. I was harassed by residents because I am a gay male. The office never stood up for me, nor did they attempt to stop the discrimination against me. I'm talking five years of it. Note: I was never late with my rent and my apartment was spotless. I was also on the Residents Council as Vice-President. If you are a democrat and are going to live there, I would keep that to myself! One of the most corrupt organizations I have ever dealt with. I noticed the last review was four years ago. The new property manager started a year ago. The former property manager was great!
