Griswold Home Care for Wilmington is an amazing place to work. I’ve been employed part-time there for 2 1/2 months. The management and support staff are friendly and helpful, professional at every level. The organizational structure is such that all staff can speak with the owners, Mike and Dorothy, who show true care for their people and offer and encourage training to include professional certifications. They have clear expectations of the caregivers which make it uncomplicated to provide the service that clients expect and pay for.

We have been blessed, 6 years of wonderful Griswold home care for mom. A great compassionate and attentive team. Mom’s quality of life has improved greatly since hiring Griswold. These wonderful caregivers are her best friends. Mom knows that these wonderful ladies are there to assist her in whatever she wants to get into on any given day. I have had the privilege of working alongside the staff at Griswold Home Care in Wilmington, NC and they are among the friendliest, caring, and knowledgeable staff you'll meet. Jenna Berry, their Community Liaison, is truly wonderful to work with! She is super knowledgeable and such a joy. They truly do care about the families they help and ensure those families receive the best care possible.
