Our grandmother unexpectedly ended up in the hospital and our grandfather was going to need help at home while she was in the hospital and then moved to a longer term care facility. When that kind of emergency strikes, it's so scary and overwhelming. I don't know what we would have done without the Griswold team. I called the office, and they picked up immediately and were helpful and reassuring. It was such a relief that they could get us the help we needed that very same day. They had someone with my grandfather the SAME DAY and were even able to arrange for someone to stay overnights right away. Every caregiver has been wonderful, and they're taking excellent care of him through an especially difficult time. The Griswold team are lifesavers! If you need help, don't hesitate or waste your time with anyone else.

My partner, who is a disabled Veteran, has been provided care giving services over a number of years. We have had several agencies who provided these services. Approximately a year ago we were referred to Griswold. Mitch, who is our primary contact, has truly been a pleasure to work with. He is compassionate and understanding and when needed, accommodating to meet the needs of his client whether it is a schedule change or questions regarding health services. The response time is quick and if Mitch is not available, a member of the Griswold team responds quickly. Recently we were introduced to a new Caregiver, Christine. Christine has gone above and beyond our expectations. Christine is considerate, compassionate, pleasant, and does a very thorough job in maintaining a clean and safe environment. Christine is quick to notice if something needs attention whether it’s washing a few dishes or ensuring my partner is comfortable. I have not had the need to ask her to do something, she just does. And she does it with a smile. All in all, I can’t say enough about the exemplary performance of Griswold and the caregivers. I can leave the house and run errands and feel comfortable knowing my partner will be well taken care of. Thank you Griswold and thank you Christine. I would definitely recommend Griswold to anyone looking to get quality care for a loved one.

Onboarding with Emily and Mitch has been great. They were amazing at handling the LTC insurance that just didn't want to pay. Their persistence paid off. We moved care from a different company where we had many issues with caregivers including no call no shows leaving our elderly mother without care for the day. Since moving to Griswold every caregiver they have sent has been fabulous. Malea F. and Devynn B. are both topnotch caregivers that truly care about their clients.
