Our Griswold Caregiver has been extremely helpful to us both. On rare days when she is not here, my wife comments that she misses her. Our Caregiver shines in her desire for my wife to have a pleasant and safe time each day. She notices ways, big and small, to provide quality care. She also actively attunes herself to important safety and comfort details that others might overlook such as the subtleties of making safe transfers or the details of preparing delicious food. I used the services of Griswald Home Care for several months. Our caregiver Bryce was easily accepted by my husband and they bonded. Bryce helped me with all his needs. Bryce moved from Caregiver to hospice care and he was excellent. In a very short time, he became family. The other staff at Griswald was always helpful and friendly. I used a long-term care policy, and they handled the billing seamlessly. I only wish my husband had been able to continue this wonderful care for a longer time before his passing.

Griswald provided exceptional service for me during my post op. They were responsive to changes and immediately provided additional service when it was needed. Sonia was amazing. She was well educated and was conscientious throughout the time she assisted me. I would not hesitate to use their services in the future.

I had the opportunity to be cared for by Daphne in my home. Surgery required that i be cared for the 24 hours after the procedure. Not having family with me i opted to have Griswold Home Care for Scottsdale provide that service. I was assigned to Daphne who went above my expectations. I have to say that Daphne was very professional, knowledgeable, kind and a great person to be with. Having never had a need like this before I was a bit apprehensive, but within minutes she desolved that apprehension and I became very comfortable in her care. I want to thank Daphne and Griswold for a great and positive experience.
