We found Griswold Home Care through a senior magazine, My dad is going to be 94 years old next month so I called. and spoke to Rick to arrange for someone to come out 2 days a week to help my dad out plus us. My dad is very picky he didn’t really want anybody coming to help him, but he finally agreed that he would have somebody come two days a week and the most wonderful person for those two days from my dad her name is Laura. Laura has been taken care of my dad for the past four months and all I hear from my dad is how wonderful she is. Laura makes him breakfast and bed washes his clothes, clean the kitchen for him. So happy we found Grisworld Home Care plus Laura.

We are very pleased with the level of care (and caring) that Griswold provides to our mother. She loves Laura her caregiver and Rick has been very helpful on the administrative side. We can highly recommend Griswold Home Care.

We have used Griswold Home Care for my mom since November. They have been outstanding! Rick Hall, the owner, has been easy to work with. He will call/email to keep communications open regarding scheduling/changes in care plan. He personally came out to meet mom on the intake assessment. He also showed up with the new aide, Tyra Perry, on her first shift to make introductions and ease the transition into care. Tyra has been absolutely wonderful with mom! She helps with showers/dressing, walks with mom, ensures food situation is in order and anything around the apartment that needs to be addressed. She is in contact with me via the website portal on progression and any concerns. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for senior healthcare needs!!
