I used home care for my mom. First when she was hit by car, I had part-time daily aide. Then 3 years later, I used a live-in aide when she needed hospice support. The aides were very compassionate and attentive to my mothers needs. The office was available whenever I had a question. I also found that Griswold had one of the best rates in Monmouth County

Griswold Home Care provided professional, devoted care for my elderly mother in the last few years of her life. Their staff, both part-time and live-in were extremely capable and even more caring in their treatment of my mother and in their interactions with our family. I can say the same of the office staff and the company in general. When it comes to something this important, I'm happy to say that I can happily give them the highest recommendation.

I am writing in lieu of my mother, as she passed away 2 weeks ago. Mostly, I worked with Kathi and Sharon in attaining aides to work with my mother. They were amazing and really cared about making things work, even at the nth hour, and there were many of those. My mother was not always the easiest person to work with, but the ladies at Griswold, responsible for supplying aides, were very professional (and sweet) and did everything they could to make, even the most difficult of situations, work out! I cannot thank them enough, and all of Griswold, for all their care. And they truly did care about, both, my mom and I. We worked together for years! They felt like extended family to me, and I felt treated as such, as well, even when circumstances were tough, at times. (After all, life cannot be a bed of roses all the time!) In conclusion, I would recommend this wonderful organization to anyone looking for an aide, whether for themselves or a loved one!

Griswold Home Care took excellent care of my dad at the end of his life. We did not have much advanced notice and Griswold was able to answer all our needs promptly. My dad had two excellent caregivers that were skilled and experienced. My mother felt supported and comforted by their compassionate caregivers and understanding office staff. I would highly recommend Griswold to anyone in need of home care services
