Griswold home care is such a wonderful agency. They really listen to concerns, keep the patient closely in mind and provide wonderful aides that work so well with the patient. After years of lazy aides, agencies that didn’t listen to concerns, I’m SO happy we finally found Griswold home care!

Kelly was so easy to work with in facilitating companion care for my husband during his extended hospital stay. Sending a shout out to Wanda and Maverne for the comfort they provided to Mark through a very difficult time. My mother in law has been house-bound for some time, and through the years, Griswold has been a wonderful resource. Danielle and the entire staff at Griswold are not only super responsive, but proactive as well. Mom's caregivers have been with her long term, and there is very little turn over. Every person affiliated with Griswold with whom I've spoken, treats their patients and families as they would their own - with care, dignity, and respect. Danielle specifically has gone over and above on several occasions, as we are out of state. Their communication is excellent and timely, and they truly care about their patients. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Griswold for long term care, we've been very pleased.

Employing Griswold home care has been a great decision for us. Our caregiver, Maria, has been wonderful, caring, a great companion/caregiver for my mom. Helps with cooking and light cleaning, too. Kelly does a super job managing and Tony is also great anytime we need to set up a weekend caregiver and to help with scheduling. Our decision to hire Griswold Home Care was truly the best decision we ever could have made. Thank you!!
