This place is alright, I am a resident.I feel like my needs are met when I am here.I really enjoy the activities we do here. Staff do goot job at anticipating my needs. I feel suppotive here. Social services with Marc is really helpful in getting my needs met,

I have been staying at Saphire since my accident on July 18, 2026. I hope to be going home at the end of September. I broke 17 bones. I can not walk yet, but should start walking in a few weeks as my bones fuse back together. The staff here is great. With a facility this large there are some better then others, but the good ones far exceed the bad. The food is average for a care facility. The maintenance also is average. The place this clinic excels in is the staff. They are so positive and take the time to talk to you and help you. I had some dark times and the smiles on the faces of the people that work here instantly make me feel better. Staff just stop in and check on me several times a day. The Physical Therepy staff are superb I can't say enough about them, as well as the social worker. Really 5 stars because of the people here!!!

The CNA’s are accommodating, responsive, and always willing to help.<br><br>The respiratory team is top notch. They truly care for patients and their progress and work to ensure my daughter is cared for with ease and compassion.<br><br>The treatment care team excels in treatment coordination. They communicate clearly, listen closely, and ensure my loved one’s care stays aligned, consistent, and well‑supported.<br><br>James and Meghan from therapy provide outstanding support for her rehabilitation needs. Their expertise, encouragement, and consistency make a real difference in her progress.<br><br>Marc in Social Services has been exceptionally attentive and supportive. He responds quickly to every question and concern, and his dedication makes navigating her care needs far easier.<br><br>Leland and Chelsea bring incredible energy and organization to coordinating events. I have seen such amazing changes over the past 3 years, indoors and out, and it truly has had a positive effect on residents and caregivers alike.<br>The beautiful gardening, is among a plethora of indoor and outdoor activities that are led by a team that really cares about the quality of life of the residents.<br>The PT/OT department is outstanding. I have seen people walk out of the facility that looked like they may never stand, much less walk again.<br>Social Services plays a vital role in the positivity spread throughout the faciity that impact the residents on a daily basis. Marc and Crystal are key in pulling it all together.

Sapphire, post Acute as a fantastic place my sister is a residence there and they have done miraculous things with her. Mark Anthony and staff are amazing. I’m truly happy with them. This facility is wonderful. I can’t thank them enough sending thanks to the entire staff.
